As all of us know, it was hard for me to finally say I was ready for an exit plan.  Your team at Shea Practice Transitions presented multiple options, including the one I chose, to merge and transition my practice.  This allowed me to get away from the administrative responsibilities of running a business while being able to keep some “wet fingers” in the game for a bit, which was really my desire.
