From time to time, some of my colleagues have told me that you can easily sell your practice on your own. However, I realize it would have been impossible for me to complete this on my own. The complexity of both the practice and the building sale are such that a layman would be foolish to attempt it by themselves. As a result, I consider the fees you charged “money very well spent”!
